Make a debit card payment

 You can make a one-off debit card payment towards your outstanding balance at any time through the App or Web Portal. 

 Before you start

• Debit card details aren't saved, so you will need to enter them each time you make a payment;
• If you are in the UK, the maximum amount you can pay by debit card is £5,000 per transaction. To pay more than this, use a bank transfer instead.

Make a debit card payment

1. Log in to your account;
2. Navigate to your dashboard and select Make a payment;
3. Select Other ways to pay and then Pay by Debit Card;
4. Enter the amount to pay;
5. Authenticate the payment with their bank before it's applied to the outstanding balance.

 Once your payment is approved, it will be applied to your outstanding balance. 

Troubleshooting common issues

 My payment didn't go through 

If you receive the error message Whoops, we've run into an error, it may be due to a security check by your bank. You should contact your bank directly for assistance. If the issue continues, try the following:

• Wait 15 minutes before attempting the payment again;
• Use a Google Chrome web browser and clear your cookies and cache;
• Open an incognito window and log in to your account;
• Try using a different debit card or device.
