Replacing a card

If your card is expiring or has been lost, stolen, or damaged, you can easily order a replacement.

  1. From the Cards page, select the card you wish to replace.
  2. You will then have to select whether it was lost, stolen or damaged. If your card was lost or stolen, this process will automatically terminate it immediately. If the card is damaged you can continue to use it via your mobile wallet until the new one is activated. Activating the new card will terminate the previous one.
  3. Confirm the delivery address for the new card and click Continue.
  4. Review the details and click Confirm and send card.
  5. You will see a confirmation screen that the replacement is in progress and the new card will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

You can create a virtual card which will work immediately to allow you to spend until your new card arrives.
