Priority Pass
Overview
Priority Pass is a membership programme that gives customers access to airport lounges and other travel benefits. Capital on Tap's Pro Rewards programme includes a Priority Pass membership.
Using Priority Pass
Your Priority Pass membership gives you unlimited lounge access. You can access a lounge simply by presenting the QR code from your Digital Membership Card in the Capital on Tap app to the lounge attendant. No physical cards or additional documents are needed.
- Finding a lounge: You can use the 'Find a lounge' feature in the Capital on Tap app. Search by city or airport to find lounges that fit your travel itinerary.
- Amenities: Lounges offer various amenities such as Wi-Fi, food and beverages, and quiet workspaces.
- Other benefits: In addition to lounge access, your membership includes exclusive discounts at selected airport restaurants.
- Registering with Priority Pass: You don't need to register with Priority Pass to access a lounge. However, if you would like to use the Priority Pass app or website, you can register by following the link in your Capital on Tap portal.
Bringing guests to a lounge
You can bring two guests into a lounge for free per year. After the two free visits have been used, extra guest visits cost £30 per pass, per visit. The guest passes must be used with you as the main account holder, and your QR code will be scanned for entry.
Extra guest visits are charged monthly. These charges will be applied to your Capital on Tap balance and will appear on your monthly statement. The free guest quota resets each membership year.
Pre-booking a lounge
Some lounges allow you to pre-book your visit through the Priority Pass app or website.
Pre-booking is optional - you can still walk in without a reservation. However, pre-booking helps secure your space in advance and reduces the risk of being turned away due to full capacity.
