How to manage your cards

Card features

  • Credit limits: Up to £250,000.
  • Rates: Great rates as low as 15.2% APR (Variable).
  • Additional cards: Unlimited cards can be issued for company employees.
  • Rewards: The card offers Avios and Drawdowns, and uncapped 1% cashback with Free Rewards.
  • Fees: No fees for ATM withdrawals, foreign exchange, joining, monthly, or annual fees.
  • Interest-free period: You get up to 42 days interest-free on card purchases if the balance is paid off in full every month.

Terminating a card

You can terminate a card through your portal or app if it has been lost, stolen, or compromised. If you terminate and replace your card, your subscriptions and recurring payments will automatically move to the new card when you activate it.

Do all cards have access to ATM withdrawals?

No, not all cards have access to ATM withdrawals. Access depends on the card type, account status, and settings configured by the Main Account Holder when the card is issued.

How can I see details & policies for my old or previous cards?

It’s not possible to retrieve details of terminated or expired cards, including what their ATM withdrawal or spend limit policies were.
